Swami Mrigananda’s spiritual journey began when he met Sree Thakur Satyananda, recognizing in him the embodiment of divinity. Despite a successful career as a chartered accountant, Swami Mrigananda was drawn to a higher calling and embraced a life of renunciation under the guidance of Sree Thakur and Sree Archana Maa. This marked the foundation of his deep-rooted devotion and his pivotal role in establishing Sree Satyananda Devayatan and Sree Satyananda Mahapeeth.
In his role as a devoted disciple-son, Swami Mrigananda humbly serves at the lotus feet of Holy Mother Sree Archana Maa. His literary talents shine through in his essays, songs, and books, all reflecting his profound understanding of spirituality and Hindu Dharma. Inspired by the Mother, he has published numerous works to elucidate the essence of Hinduism and spread the ideals of Thakur and Maa, contributing significantly to spiritual discourse. Additionally, his compassion for humanitarian causes is evident in his efforts to alleviate poverty and suffering, exemplified by the establishment of Sree Satyananda Mahapeeth.

Revered Sannyasini Tapomayee Puri was a Professor after completing her Master degree in Arts. Coming in contact of Sree Archana Maa, she gradually renounced her material life and took shelter under the divine feet of Sree Maa.
She is renowned for her administrative acumen. She plays a very important role in ensuring that the Ashram runs smoothly and efficiently under the guidance of Swami Mrigananda. And this can be best perceived at the time of celebrations of the Ashram. She looks after the well-being of Holy Mother, the Sannyasis and Sannyasinis of the Ashram. Her dedicated role in taking care of the numerous guests and devotees at the Devayatan and Mahapeeth deserves special mention.

Dr. Radhey Shyam Majumder is an eminent Kolkata based Senior Cardiologist and specialist in General Medicine, who serves as the personal physician of Holy Mother and all inmates of Ashram. He is one of the patrons of Sree Satyananda Devayatan, besides being one of the Trustees of Sree Satyananda Mahapeeth too since 1996. He is greatly respected for giving valuable advice in the management of Ashram activities.
Ms. Prabha Jain

Ms. Prabha Jain daughter of Late Sardul Singh Jain. Passed school from Ashok Hall Girls Higher Secondary School in 1977. Passed B.A.(Hons) in English from Presidency College, Kolkata in 1980. Passed LLB from Government Law College, Mumbai in 1984. Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of West Bengal in 1984.
Now, practicing as an independent lawyer in Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta, experienced with developing case strategies in Corporate Law, Testamentary, Arbitration, Money Laundering, Property and Conveyancing.
Srimati Nandita Sen

Smt. Nandita Sen completed Master of Arts in Political Science from Calcutta University and Bachelor of Education from Calcutta Girls’ BT College. She came in touch of Sree Thakur Satyananda and Sree Ma Archana Puri Order in 1977 and was initiated by Sree Ma Archana Puri in 1979.
She has been sincerely continuing the last long relationship being dedicated devotee and rendering services to Sree Satyananda Mahapeeth and Sree Satyanand Devayatan being the Member of the Board of Trustees for decades together. Besides, she has been dedicating herself for upliftment of backward women since long.

A staunch admirer of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, working towards resurrecting the values & vision of Netaji for a strong Bharat.
A former Civil Servant (IAS & Allied), Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Cost & Management Accountant topper, Ex-investment banker, an accomplished contemporary artist; resigned from Central Civil Services to pursue ‘matters of change’. He is the co-founder of ‘Divinity Foundation‘ which pioneers to promote and propagate the novel concept of Corporate Spiritual Responsibility; Applied Spirituality; Ethical Management; Enlightened Enterprises; Conscious Boardrooms for a meaningful global change across corporates, entrepreneurship and meaningful living.

Sree Sandip Somani, an MBA in Marketing Management & Post Graduate in Commerce, is a man of multiple talents & versatility. After completing his graduation, he soon evolved as a multifaceted, self-motivated, global entrepreneur. He is a partner and C.E.O. of a stone mining & global export organization, involved in the export and import of construction materials specifically from China and Vietnam.
He is also the proprietor of a well known art gallery in South Kolkata, namely Mirage Art Gallery.
Nirmal Kumar Pattanayak

Shri Nirmal Kumar Pattanayak completed M. Com. from Calcutta University and Certificate course on Disaster Management conducted by RedR, UK. He gathered over 35 years experience in different fields of development by holding various positions in different capacities in Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Narendrapur like Coordinator (Finance); Programme Manager of Water, Sanitation, Waste Management, Carbon Credit Programme, Child Environment Programme and Disaster Management Programme, etc. funded by UNICEF; Hon. Project Officer of Life Skill Education Programme funded by UNESCO; Hon. Project Officer, Arsenic Mitigation Programme funded by WHO; Tribal and Folk Culture Promotional Programme funded by Government of India; Chief Coordination of RKMLSP, etc.
He was the Ex-Director of Jan Shikshan Sansthan, Narendrapur sponsored by Ministry Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. He was Trustee Member of different organizations like UBISET, RKMAGFT, VLM Trust (President), etc. and Member of WB State IAG (Disaster Management), PNBRSETI (DLRC) and also he imparted different academic / professional courses like MBA, IRDM, DM, SDT, etc. being Guest Lecturer.
Under his leadership, outstanding performance in implementation of Community Based Water Quality Management was awarded by Bharat Chamber of Commerce and Economic Empowerment of Women through Skill Development was awarded jointly by Ministry of Women and Child Development Government of India and TATA Institute of Social Science.
